Each family will be required to submit the following cheques made out to Lambton Shores Minor Baseball Association by March 31, 2024 or by etransfer to [email protected] (all etransfers must contain player names in the comments section and do not need a password as we are setup for autodeposit it may still show Forest Minor Baseball on the confirmation)

Cheque 3 - Uniform deposit (Post dated Sept 4, 2024) to be given to coach
Uniform deposit - ** SEE CHANGES FOR 2024 **
LSMBA will require a $100 posted dated cheque dated Sept 4, 2024. Upon the return of the uniform and attendance at the annual parent Sept 4, 2024 the cheque will be shredded. If uniform is not returned, the cheque will be cashed after the meeting and you will still be required to return the jersey as it is the property of LSMBA.
Late payments will drop the player to the bottom of the wait list.
